Not only did it turn out beautiful and exactly the way we wanted it, but the quality s outstanding. I know it was not easy to work from such a distance, with us so far away, but you both made it pleasant-up on every thought or problem we had, and took care of them all. We could not have been more satisfied with the results.

Dear John:
I am writing you this letter to praise you on the excellent team of people you have working for you. It is no secret that your sales team is fantastic, if wasn't for Tom, Marie, and Tim, we would never have selected Majestic Homes to build our home.
This letter is to give accolades to those persons behind the scenes, one such person is Dan Mauro, the construction manager. We met Dan during our frame walk through, he assressed our concerns and questions while we were there. As it happens, Duval woke up in the middle of the night, upset about something he absoluely felt needed to be done to the house in order for it to be "perfect". We called Dan the next morning, and when he explained the situacion got back to us we explained the situation. He didn't make any promises, but said he would try to see if it could be done.
Well, we went to see our home yesterday, and Dan followed through and got it done. We couldn't have been more excited.
As you probably know, this is our first home. After our marriage four months ago, this is the hardest and biggest decision we've made as a family. So, naturally we want ever ything to be done corectly. We had problems with our trusses, but nothing that your staff did not resolve immediately, and that makes us feel very
confortable with your company.
Please pas on our gratitude to Dan and his staff, especially the crew people who
have been working on our home. We have met them and are very satisfied with their performance and demeanor.
John, we can't thank you enough, because if it wasn't for Majestic Homes, Inc., we probably would have been stuck with one of the other "builders" and who knows what kind of horror story would have come up.
We can't wait until we see the final product, so far it is "AWESOME".

We wanted to take this opportunity to thank the entire Majestic Staff for building our "DREAM HOME".
We fell in love with your White House Model, but where unable to afford that model. Affer meeting with Tim at the White House, his suggestion was that i meet with his brother Tom to redesign a home which would be more affordable for our family. Tom put our dream on the computer and made it withim our reach. In our meeting with John, we told him to put in the special touches to the plans, which he happily did.
For months we checked with so many other builders before finding and choosing Majestic Homes to build our home. We made the right choice - we picked the right builder. Everything that was promised was delivered on time.
Every stage construction was done efficiently and to our specifications. Our family wishes to thank everyone from the Sales Staff to Customer Service to Construction for our beautiful home which we are enjoying. We wish to recommend Majestic Homes to all families who are looking to build a new home.

We woown to like to commend you and your entire staff for the professionalism that was shown to us throughout the time building our home. As you know to build, your first home is very exciting. The entire staff of Majestic Homes beginning with Tom, Marie and Joanne in sales and Nancy in customer service all made the building of our home go smoothly and made us feel confident with our decision of choosing Majestic Homes. One thing that was most impressive to me was the concern that both Al Bunner and Robert Buhlmaier had with their time and patients on going the extra mile to make sure that a Majestic homeowner was happy. Again thanks fo all your cooperation.

Thank You: Thank You; Thank You. We are so plaed with our new home. Everything from the construcion to the minor details turned out great. We even had our friend who knows construcion ck things out antechniques over to check things out and he couldn't belive that he was unable to find construcion flaws. He checked everything from the hurricane atrapping and cross members in the attic to the ceramic tile work. We would recommend Majestic to anone. We have been in the house for a couple of weeks now and love it. The quality of our house is top notch and the price was cheap compared to anything in Broward; plus we have all the land!!s so n! Marie was always so nice and she was just another reason we chose you. Everyone at Majestic made each phase of purchase/construction a pleasure. From picking out the property and house options (Tom was very helpful during this phase) to helping us make our color selections (can be tough when you can't see it; Donna's great!) to the framing and then final walk thru. Patty was very gracious answering all of our many questions during construction and keeping us informed of the progress. Most of our frieds can't belive that Jonh told us what to look for to spot problems during the final walk-thru. With so many people today out to just make a buck it sure is gratifying to know that there are still people who care and provide top quality workmanship at an affordable price. We are glad we put our trust in you. You all so very much.
